  • Collaborated on development and commercialization of the device.

  • Validate the entire assembly process including gluing and lapping which required detailed process mapping.

  • Push test, molding and printed circuit board assembly.

  • The design concept of shaft bending fixture for curve tip has been developed solely by Beyonics.

  • Challenges include ensuring uniform force application on the shaft to achieve desired radius with a tight deflection tolerance of +/- 0.05mm.

  • Ensuring no crack in ceramic at the tip of shaft.
