Our Campus Strategy
We have 6 fully integrated EMS campuses; three are located in Malaysia, one in Suzhou, China and two in Indonesia. In addition, we have 3 EMS plants in Singapore and Malaysia. In total ,we have more than 20 SMT lines with 0201 components placement capability servicing our customers.
(B) The Beyonics Tracking System
Beyonics has an in-house tracking system - the Beyonics Tracking system ("B-Track system").
The B-Track system is a computerized system that tracks basically each assembly process within each production line; from the beginning stage till the final stage of shipping out the final assembled product. Every process flow is monitored and every detail is automatically scanned into the system. The whole process is monitored closely to ensure the quality of the final assembled products delivered to the customers.

(C) Program Management - Business and Customer Focus
Years ago, the Programme Management team was tasked to create a "Business" and "Customer" focus for the EMS and PES operations. The Programme Management team is now our primary contact with our customers, ensuring that customers' requirements are met with high level of service and satisfaction. The team has good knowledge of customers' products, Beyonics' capabilities and an effective channel of communication between customers and ourselves.
