Our Capabilities
A pioneer in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) machining industry
since 1982, Beyonics' PES arm offers customers one of
the most extensive manufacturing capabilities in the region.
Our PES operations are fully integrated to encompass the following
activities:
- Design, hog-out and pilot run
- Die casting and machining
- E-coating
- Testing & Inspection
- Supply Chain Management
Besides being one of the single largest operation of its kind in
the Asia Pacific region, our PES arm
also operates a unique product introduction centre, where
optimum design and engineering capabilities are provided in
the early stages of our customers' project management to ensure
new products reach the market on schedule.
Our Facilities
We have two fully integrated PES campuses in Tampoi (Malaysia) and Changshu (China).
In addition, we have two PES plants in Ayutthaya, Thailand which provide precision machining services to
the hard disk drive industry
