Resignation Of Director
The Board of Directors of Beyonics Technology Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Dilhan Pillay Sandrasegara as a Director of the Company with effect from 6 July 2004. Following Mr Sandrasegara's resignation, he will step down as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating Committee.
The Board of Directors wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Sandrasegara for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure as a Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors will announce the new composition of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committees shortly.
