The Board of Directors of Beyonics Technology Limited ("Company") refers to the announcement made by the Company on 21 April 2003 in relation to the claim brought by Cain Sales & Consultancy Pte Ltd ("Cain") against the Company. The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has successfully defended the claim. By a Judgment dated 28 July 2003, the High Court has dismissed the claim brought by Cain and has ordered Cain to pay the Company's legal costs.
