The Board of Directors of Beyonics Technology Limited (the "Company") refers to the proposed merger (the "Merger") of the Company and Flairis Technology Corporation Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement under Section 210 of the Companies Act.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has today despatched a circular to the shareholders of the Company dated 4 June 2003 (the "Circular"), including the proxy form for the extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of the shareholders of the Company, in relation to the proposed issue of new ordinary shares of S$0.10 each in the capital of the Company in connection with the Merger.

The EGM will be held on 3 July 2003 at 3.30 p.m. at 30 Marsiling Industrial Estate Road 8 Singapore 739193. Proxy forms for the EGM must be lodged with the registered office of the Company by 3.30 p.m. on 1 July 2003.

Shareholders of the Company are encouraged to consider the Circular carefully. Shareholders of the Company who have not received the Circular within a week from the date hereof may obtain a copy from the registered office of the Company at the following address:
