The Board of Directors of Beyonics Technology Limited ("Beyonics" or "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Yeo Khee Siang, Vice Chairman and Director of Beyonics, will step down as an Executive Director of the Beyonics Group with effect from 29 July 2003. The Company will continue to have the benefit of Mr Yeo's many years of experience in the plastics industry as he continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Beyonics as non-executive Vice Chairman and Director and on the Board of Directors of Techplas Industries Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries as non-executive Director after 29 July 2003.
