Remuneration Committee
The Board of Directors of Beyonics Technology Limited wishes to announce that it has renamed the Compensation Committee as the Remuneration Committee to be in line with the Code of Corporate Governance issued by the Corporate Governance Committee. In addition, the Remuneration Committee shall assume the role and responsibilities of the Uraco Share Option Scheme 2000 Committee.
