Incorporation of Subsidiary Company in Thailand

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Beyonics Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd, in Thailand with a registered capital of Baht 2,000,000.

The principal activities for the subsidiary are those relating to manufacture of electronic components and aluminum base plate for computer hard disk drive.
