Goh Chan Peng is the chief executive officer of the Beyonics Group.
Mr Goh Chan Peng is the Chief Executive
Offi cer ("CEO") of the Company. He was fi rst
appointed to our Board on 1 May 2000 and
was last elected on 22 November 2006. In
his capacity as CEO, Mr Goh plays a key role
in charting the Group's strategic growth and
development. Mr Goh was instrumental in
spearheading the Company's transformation
from a precision engineering company to an
integrated Electronics Manufacturing Service
solutions provider for Original Equipment
Manufacturers.
Prior to Beyonics, Mr Goh spent nearly 18
years at Flextronics International Ltd. where
he held a number of senior leadership
positions in Finance and Operations including
the position of Chief Financial Offi cer. As the
Chief Financial Offi cer of Flextronics, he played
an important part in the listing of Flextronics
on NASDAQ. Mr Goh holds a Bachelor of
Commerce degree from Nanyang University
in Singapore.
TAY PENG HUAT

Tay Peng Huat is the Chief Financial Officer of Beyonics Group of Companies.
Tay Peng Huat heads the Finance, IT/MIS and Human Resource departments. He is also the
Company Secretary. Prior to joining Beyonics, Peng Huat held top fi nance positions in Ezyhealth
Asia Pacifi c Limited and Electronics Resources Limited; both SGX-listed companies. He was also
Director of Finance, Asia Pacifi c for Ingram Micro Asia Limited and audit manager of Ernst &
Young, Singapore. Peng Huat is a non-practising member of the Institute of Certifi ed Public
Accountants of Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National
University of Singapore.
THOMAS XIE

Thomas Xie Hao is the Vice-President of Beyonics' China Operations.
Thomas is responsible for our operations in China. Prior to joining Beyonics in 2004, Thomas
had a long spanning career with Flextronics International Ltd ("Flextronics") from 1988 and
held several key fi nance positions in its operations in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Before
joining Beyonics, he was the Senior Director of Finance and Trade Compliance of Flextronics'
operations in China. Thomas holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from the
Southern California University for Professional Studies.
KONG HOCK CHOY
Vice-President, Senai & Kulai Operations |
Kong Hock Choy is the Vice-President in charge of the Beyonics Senai and Kulai Plants.
Hock Choy is responsible for the operations in the Senai and Kulai campuses. He joined Beyonics in 2001
and was the General Manager of our Batam operations until 2008 when he took up his current
position. Prior to joining Beyonics, Kong Hock Choy was the Senior Manufacturing Manager of
Seagate Batam operations. Kong Hock Choy has more than 10 years of working experience in EMS.
Hock Choy holds a Diploma in Computer and Communication from Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah
Polytechnic Kuantan, Malaysia.
LOO SOON FAH
Vice-President, Kota Tinggi and Kuala Lumpur Operations

Loo Soon Fah is the Vice-President, Kota Tinggi and Kuala Lumpur Operations.
Loo Soon Fah is responsible for the operations in the Kota Tinggi campus and Kuala Lumpur
plant. He joined Flairis Technology Corporation Limited as a Senior Manager in 1995. He was
subsequently promoted to Managing Director. Prior to joining Flairis, Soon Fah was working
in Aiwa Singapore and Tru-Tech Electronics Malaysia. Loo Soon Fah holds a Diploma in Electronics
Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.
