Goh Chan Peng
Chief Executive Officer
BEYONICS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED

Goh Chan Peng is the chief executive officer of the Beyonics Group.

Since joining Beyonics in May 2000, he re-modelled Beyonics into a global manufacturing partner-of-choice through vertically integrated manufacturing. He also spearheaded the company’s transformation from a precision engineering company to an integrated Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) solutions provider for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Described variously as adventurous, focused, passionate, hard charging and dynamic, CP infuses Beyonics with his own brand of energetic discipline and spirit.

Prior to Beyonics, CP spent nearly 18 years at Flextronics, where he held a number of senior leadership positions in Finance and Operations. As Chief Financial Officer of Flextronics, he played a significant role in the listing of Flextronics on the NASDAQ in United States of America, and he also raised equity and debt instruments of more than US$500 million during his tenure in Flextronics.

CP, born in September 1954, grew up in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nanyang University in Singapore.

Tay Peng Huat is the Vice-President Finance of Beyonics Group of Companies. Peng Huat heads the Finance, IT/MIS and Human Resource departments. He is also the Company Secretary of the Beyonics Group. Prior to joining Beyonics, Peng Huat held top finance positions in Ezyhealth Asia Pacific Limited and Electronics Resources Limited; both listed companies on the Singapore Exchange. He was also Director of Finance, Asia Pacific for Ingram Micro Asia Limited and audit manager of Ernst & Young, Singapore. Peng Huat is a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore.

Ng Kok Eng is the Vice-President Operations of Beyonics Precision Engineering Division. Kok Eng is responsible for Beyonics precision engineering operations in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. He joined Beyonics in 1988 as the General Manager of its die casting operations. Prior to his current role, Kok Eng was managing Beyonics’ Thailand operations. Kok Eng holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Nanyang University in Singapore.

Thomas Xie Hao is the Vice-President of Beyonics’ EMS Operations in China. Thomas is responsible for Beyonics’ EMS operations in Shanghai, Suzhou and Nanjing. Prior to joining Beyonics in 2004, Thomas had a long spanning career with Flextronics International Ltd (“Flextronics”) from 1988 and held several key finance positions in its operations in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Before joining Beyonics, he was the Senior Director of Finance and Trade Compliance of China.  Thomas holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Southern University California for Professional Studies.

David Yee Yuan Fatt is the Vice-President Corporate Assets Management of Beyonics Group of Companies. David is responsible for the strategic assets management of the Beyonics Group. He is also responsible for the PCBA operations in the Kulai campus. David joined Flairis Technology Corporation Limited in 1995 as the General Manager of Operations and was an Executive Director on the Board Flairis prior to its merger with Beyonics. David started as a Production Supervisor of Aiwa Singapore in 1987, and took on progressively responsible roles and was appointed as General Manager of Aiwa Singapore after 8 years.

Raymond Yee Yuen Bin is the Vice-President Sales and Marketing of Beyonics Group of Companies. Raymond is responsible for spearheading sales and marketing activities and business development strategies for the Beyonics Group. He joined Beyonics in 2001 as the Director of Sales-Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Beyonics, he held various regional sales and marketing positions in Flextronics, DII Group and RVSI Acuity CiMatrix. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from the National University of Singapore.


Long Tin Ping is the General Manager of Beyonics’ Singapore Operations. Tin Ping is responsible for the plastic molding, metal stamping and medical device assembly operations in Singapore. He joined Beyonics in 2002 as Director of Advanced Engineering. Prior to Beyonics, Tin Ping was with Advanced System Automation Ltd for 4 years and IC Equipment Pte Ltd for 7 years in a variety of management positions. He brings with him extensive experience in equipment design engineering. Tin Ping holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from National University of Singapore.

Loo Soon Fah is the Managing Director -Kota Tinggi and Kuala Lumpur Operations. Soon Fah is responsible for the operations in the Kota Tinggi campus and Kuala Lumpur plant. He joined Flairis Technology Corporation Limited as a Senior Manager in 1995 prior to its merger with Beyonics. He was subsequently promoted to Managing Director. Prior to joining Flairis, Soon Fah was working in Aiwa Singapore and Tru-Tech Electronics Malaysia. Soon Fah holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic of Singapore.
